  	Rita Ann Ridings, 62 died Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal. She was born on May 14, 1955 in Elkhart, KS, the daughter of Anthony Joseph and Alice Mae (Ferrell) Irsik. She graduated from Elkhart High School in 1973. She married Ozzie Ridings on September 16, 2006 in Liberal. He survives. Rita worked at Liberal Gasket, where she started in 1999. She spent the last 7 years as a manager there. She was a faithful director of the National Day of Prayer for the last 8 years, along with her husband, Ozzie. Survivors include: 2 Sons Paul J Jacobs Guymon, OK Benjamin Stanton Hogan Elkhart, KS 3 Brothers Dennis Irsik Garden City, KS Anthony J “Buddy” Irsik Lewiston, PA Raymond Irsik Elkhart, KS 6 Sisters Carmen Irsik Derby, KS Annette Shilling Ulysses, KS Mary Albert Bartelsville, OK Nancy Lutz Elkhart, KS Chris Ryan Burdett, KS Barbara Hamaker Aurora, CO 3 Grandchildren Austin and Eli Jacobs and Ryker Stanton Hogan She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm Friday, May 26 at First Southern Baptist Church with Pastor Jack Jacobs presiding. Burial to follow at Liberal Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday at Brenneman Funeral home, from 9 am to 8 pm. The family will be present to greet friends from 6pm to 8pm. Memorial contributions may be sent to Vietnam Veterans of America, in care of the Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
