Brian Frederick Romines Sr., 52, of Wallops Island, VA passed away on June 16, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Nassawadox, VA on April 29, 1965 to the late Clyde and Helen (Thornton) Romines.
He worked as a Sergeant with Eastern Correctional Institution for twelve years.
Brian is survived by his loving spouse of seventeen years, Donna Romines of Wallops Island, VA; Son, Brian Frederick Romines, Jr. and his fiance Megan Fanning of Wallops Island, VA; Brother, Craig Romines and his wife Sue of Temperanceville, VA; Sister, Kathy Killmon of Elizabeth City, NC; Niece, Karen LaLonde and her husband Jeff of Hertford, NC; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Kenneth Romines, mother, Helen Marie Romines, and brother-in-law, Charles Killmon.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2017, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague Island, VA.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017, 2:00 pm at the Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague Island, VA with Rev. Maurice Enright, officiating.
Burial will take place in the John W Taylor Memorial Cemetery in Temperanceville, VA with military honors.
