  KELLY, JACK CLAYTON JR., 59, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2008, at his residence. He is the owner of Kentucky Roofing. He is preceded in death by his father, Jack C. Kelly Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Stacey Marie Pavlin (Brian); mother, Billie R. Kelly; brother, Michael L. Kelly (Nora); and grandchildren, Zachary, Adline and George Pavlin. A celebration of Mr. Kelly's life will be held at noon Monday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
