Preceded in death by: husband, Andrew; parents, Maynard and Ida Houston; brothers, John Houston; sister, Adeline Pierce. Survived by: sons and wives, Wade, Author and Shirley, Bill and Betty, Dave and Stachie all of New Tazewell; grandchildren, Melanie, Nancy, Buddy, Travis, Trevor; 10 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; very special niece, Brenda Sharp; host of family and friends. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 Tuesday. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in Cooke Chapel. Interment Taylors Grove Cemetery. Reverend Jerry Peck Jr., Reverend Joe McCoy, and Reverend Greg Sharp officiating.
