Kelly Incorporated and a former employee of Naval Ordnance. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, the former Billie Ruth Ridings; two sons, Jack Kelly Jr. and Michael Kelly, both of Louisville; two sisters, Faye McIntyre of Greenville, SC, and Eloise Gilliland of Knoxville, TN; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at noon on Friday with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 5-8 p.m. Thursday.
