She was a faithful member of Everett Hills Baptist Church for over 50 years and retired R.N. at Blount Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by spouses, Ennis Webb and Earl D. Garner. Parents, James and Bertha Bates. Brother, Woodrow Bates. Survivors include: sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Shirley Webb of Maryville , Philip and Shelby Webb of Rockford. Grandchildren, Brynnan Webb, Josh and Allison Charles. 2 stepsons Steve and Robert Garner and 4 step grandchildren. Sister, Maxine Dorf of Lexington, KY. Sister and brothers-in-law Jean and Charles McCrachen of Lexington, Kentucky. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Monday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Dr. Allen Raines and Dr. John Franklin officiating. The family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 7:00 PM Monday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
