  	Sentinel Echo. London, Kentucky. August 21, 1969, Victor Hale, 75, Lida, died at 11:22 a.m. August 13 at Marymount Hospital. A native of Laurel County,he was the son of Franklin J. and Lucinda Sasser Hale. Mr. Hale was a veteran of WW1 and a member of the Blackwater United Baptist Church. He was married to the former Allie Ledington, who survives.Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Ina Fay Hale, Mrs. Janice O'Neal and Miss Elma Lisle Hale, Lexington; two sons, Edsel Hale, Clarkston, Mich. and Maxwell Hale, Lida; one sister, Mrs. Nannie Sasser, London and 12 grandchildren.Services were held August 15 by the Revs. Layton Vanhook and Lowell Gilbert at House Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was in Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery. Pallbearers were Tilmon Hale, Hobart Hale, Robert Ledington, Verlin Holt, Russell Mullins and Farrett Taylor.
