  	ZORA HOWELL (1908-1998) Zora B. Howell Plummer, 90, of Portsmouth, died Friday, Oct. 16, 1998, at a Russell, Ky., hospital. She was born March 21, 1908, in Lewis County, Ky., a daughter of the late Henry Howell and Rachael Kegley Howell. She was retired from the former Williams Manufacturing Company, was a member of Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union of New Boston, and a member of Eagles Lodge of New Boston and Moose Lodge of Portsmouth. Surviving are one son, William Plummer of Portsmouth; one daughter, Ruth Arrowood of Portsmouth; one brother, Fred Howell of Portsmouth; one sister, Blanche Leonard of Freemont; 23 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by two sons, Don and John Plummer; five brothers and one sister. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Ky., with the Rev. Quentin King officiating, and interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday.
