- Kenneth Cornell Killion was born on April 14, 1941, in Laurel County, Kentucky,
the son of the late Eugene and Velma Florris Williams Killion.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Lou Edlridge Killion of London.
He is also survived by four children, Matthew Lee Killion and wife, Connie, Kenneth David Killion and wife, Faith, and Eugenia Kay Killion, all of London, and Kathy Lenore Farris and husband, Barron, of Gray, sister-in-law, Lola Killion, of London, aunt, Edith Killion Orr of Baltimore, Maryland, eight grandchildren, Ashley Lawson, Jared, Kaleb, Angela and Dakota Killion, Kendall and Aaron Nelson and Molly Farris, and seven great-grandchildren, Elijah Nelson, Millee Weeks, Abbi and Caden Lawson, Gracelynn, Lilly and Gabby Killion, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by one brother, Clarence Killion, and one sister, Carolyn Smith.
He was a former Piedmont Airlines employee, a farmer and was employed by London Tobacco Warehouse. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.
Kenneth Cornell Killion departed this life at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin surrounded by his wife, children and all of his grandchildren, on Thursday, December 27, 2018, being 77 years, 8 months and 13 days of age.
Funeral services for Kenneth Cornell Killion will be conducted at 1 PM Saturday, January 5th, in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Combs officiating.
Burial will follow in the Campground Cemetery.
The family of Kenneth Cornell Killion will receive friends at Bowling Funeral Home after 6 PM Friday, January 4th.
